1. Overview

We create and deliver personalized digital products, including storybooks (PDF), animated films, and other downloadable goods.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal permission to use a child's name, image, or likeness if you submit such content
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. Order Capacity & Timing

We accept a limited number of orders (e.g., 5 stories) every 48-hour window to ensure quality and fast delivery.

Once slots are full, we may temporarily stop accepting new orders until capacity frees up.

4. Orders & Refunds

We offer a 100% refund on digital storybooks (PDF) if you or your child are not absolutely thrilled with the result.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., multiple orders followed by repeated refund claims).

5. User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted materials without permission
• Use the final product for personal use only — redistribution or resale is not allowed

6. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit or pause new orders based on production capacity
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Update these Terms of Use without prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and custom illustrations — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use it without permission.

8. Printed Book Orders

If you select the eBook + Printed Book package, your printed book will be produced and shipped after your personalized digital story is delivered. Printed books are available in softcover or hardcover, full-color, and are professionally produced using premium paper.

Since each printed book is uniquely created for your child, printed books are non-refundable. Reprints may only be issued in rare cases of severe damage during transit or clear production defects.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We work with a global network of over 140 production partners in 32 countries. This allows us to print and ship most orders as close as possible to your location, reducing delivery time and cost.

We currently ship to over 200 countries, including all European destinations such as Cyprus, Germany, France, Italy, and more.

Shipping Provider Selection

The shipping provider for your order (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or local carriers) is selected based on:

• Your delivery address
• Product availability and production capacity

Estimated Delivery Time

Printed books are produced and shipped within 5–20 working days after your digital story is completed and sent, depending on your country.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.
