We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers who operate a global network of production facilities (“Production Partners”). Your book is typically printed as close as possible to your shipping address to help reduce delivery times, shipping distances, and environmental impact.
We currently ship printed books to the following countries:

We may add or remove destinations from this list over time based on our Production Partners’ coverage and logistics constraints.
Our Production Partners manufacture your book on demand, only after you place an order. This helps reduce overproduction and warehouse waste. Because books are printed locally or regionally wherever possible, shipping distances and related carbon emissions are typically lower than with traditional, centralized printing and global shipping.

Printed books are usually produced and delivered within 4–10 working days after your digital story is completed. We carefully prepare your print file before it goes to production (usually 1–2 business days). Exact delivery times depend on your country, local print facility capacity, and your local courier.
Delivery costs and precise delivery estimates are automatically calculated at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) as soon as your book is handed over to the carrier.
For some countries, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that are not included in our product or shipping prices. Any such charges are your responsibility and are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
Shipping terms, available destinations, and delivery estimates are dependent on our third-party Production Partners and logistics providers and may change from time to time. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates or the performance of third-party carriers.
